- My name is
certainly unknown to you and I don't want you to
know it : I don't want to have any benefit of all
this. This is the reason why I will have the name
"Michke" ( which is typically belgian
!!!! ;-)) ). I want that this formum would be
democratic. The concept will mplicate that its
going to be partial, public and open.
- This also means
that I am going to exclude any person r-that
wouldn't respect the democratic rules.
- About the
languages I use here, it's just the ones I
know... ! I would like to add pages in German
wich I dont speak good enough to do it by myself.
Don't hesitate to correct me in the other
languages or to send me a translation in German

- Taking into
account that power is in the hands of some few
persons in Belgium (politicians at the head of
parties) or of pressure groups (newspapers, trae
unions, maffia and big multinationals),also that
our voting system doesn't enable to say clearly
our opinion on a democratic way because of the
reallowance of the votes to the heads of voting
lists, the citizen doesn't participate anymore to
the process of making laws.
- For all these
reasons I think it is interesting to interest him
-YOU !!- back to the management of the country by
giving him the opportunity to talk via Internet,
door open on the world.
- Above that I hope
to have enough opinions of all of you and that
you are all informed of what the others says so
that the politicians could take your opinon into
account....
- Anyway , elctions
are approching : june 99. "If you dont care
for politics, politicians are going to take care
for you"
- And at the end
...I love informatics and Internet, these are
enough reasons to do that web site.....
